All DaDi Bathware tubs are covered by a limited warranty to the first consumer for a period of 5 years covering the acrylic, fiberglass reinforced shells. All support equipment, components, controls and plumbing equipment are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase, but never more than 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
This limited warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failure caused by freight carrier, installer, user or other person, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: improper handling, modification of any type, improper installation, misuse, incorrect operation, acts of God, or lack of proper routine maintenance (including abrasive or improper cleaners). Further, customization or modification of a bathtub, the water system, the electronics, any accessory or any other part voids this limited warranty. Upon discovery of a defect or malfunction, notify DaDi Bathware in writing within 10 days of discovery, setting forth a description of the malfunction or defect, the name and address of the installer, and date and address of installation.

DaDi Bathware will, at its election and in its sole discretion, repair or replace (without removal or installation) the affected components of any defective unit or system; repair or replace (without removal or installation) the entire defective unit or system; or refund the then-current list price of the whirlpool or tub. In all cases a reasonable time period must be allowed for warranty repairs to be completed. DaDi Bathware is not responsible for labor charges or other charges related to the removal or installation or other costs involved in repairing or replacing the bathtub or the expense of shipment to or from the factory, except where provided by applicable law.
DADI BATHWARE, INC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WATER DAMAGE OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
Limitations: On pump seals, “O rings,” light bulbs, fuses and pillows are not included in this two year period. However they are warranted to be free from manufacturer’s defects.
This limited warranty is the sole warranty for your DaDi Bathware product and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
DaDi Bathware has not made and does not make any warranty or representation, whatsoever, express or implied, about the condition, merchantability, design, or operation of the bathtub or its fitness for any particular use or purpose, or the quality of the materials or workmanship in the bathtub, the electronics or the accessories or any other representation or warranty beyond the terms of this limited warranty.
DaDi Bathware disclaims and shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation, in whole or in part, of warranties or the exclusion of special, consequential or incidental damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not be applicable to you.
